A new year is unfolding, the unknown before us, brimming with possibilities. Pattie Smith.
In this one day retreat we’ll take our seat together, re-orientating ourselves towards the Buddha’s Right View, a bedrock tenet of the Buddha Dharma. We’ll playfully tease out and ask – what is right view? And how does it inform the way we relate with experience?
We’ll explore unclenching, and a quality of practice that leaves open a window of possibility.
How might opening a window in practice allow us to artfully doubt habitual doubt, to be surprised, and allow for the new. To establish a resourced stance, to listen, to stay, to meet what’s happening . . .
We’ll give room for a different kind of knowing to emerge. Where our head is not jammed up against a wall, rather, perhaps, a wide view. . .
Fresh beginnings will also include a gorgeous evening meal together, to share some stories and whatever else might arise.
